Noah's one year stats....

Well, Noah's doctor's appointment was actually on the 15th, so I'm a bit behind as usual.
He weighed in at 18lbs, 2oz. He is 29 inches long...
With that said he has actually gone down on his percentages. The doctor isn't too concerned because me and Jesse aren't built very big either. He's healthy, he's happy, he's progressing both physically and vocally, etc. Healthy, happy one year old.

The Pumpkin Patch!

We finally made it up to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday... Noah's first visit. It was a perfect day too, the weather was chilled, but not cold, and the sun was out. Noah liked watched all the people, he didn't mind being sat on pumpkins or haybails for pictures, and he sure looked cute!

Noah's First Birthday!!!

Noah's first birthday was on Friday, the 10th. Mommy took the day off to spend with him since he is with babysitters all week now. We slept in until 9:30, all snuggled in our big bed. Then I made him some yummy buckwheat pancakes with apple juice in them... and then we got ready and met Daddy for lunch. We spent the rest of the day at Auntie TT's making cupcakes and Noah's cake for his party. He was such a trooper waiting for all of his cupcakes to get done, especially since he had to wait to taste them.
We had a "monkey" themed party at the pizza parlor with lots of his family and some close friends. He loved all the attention, all of his presents, and of course... the frosting on his cake.

A few pictures from our birthday dinner.... we are missing some pictures of key people, but you get the idea. It was a good day besides missing my mom like crazy... my birthday is just not the same without her. She always went out of her way to make us feel so special on "our" day, not that my family doesn't do that still. But, no one can take the place of your mother.

He's getting so big!

Just a sweet picture of Noah and his daddy. He LOVES to say "Dada" now. He'll be talking away and you'll here "Dada" in almost every sentence. He must be talking about all the fun they have.


He also loves to play with the bathwater while it's running and try to "catch" the water as it's coming out.
